Hebei Baokai Electric Co., Ltd., formerly known as Baoding Switchgear Factory established in 1964, is located in Baoding City, Hebei Province. With a 60-year development history, the company participated in the technology introduction and research and development of China's first generation of low-voltage electrical components from the former Soviet Union in the 1960s, becoming the first enterprise in North China and among the first in China to produce the country's inaugural circuit breakers.
